![]() | sachiko shinozaki. age 7 physically. 4 feet tall. Islet #: 5. Sachiko sleeps beneath a tree near the mana pool, and after she's settled the tree begins to blacken and rot at her touch. Appearing and disappearing several times near the top of the tree are silhouettes of people of a young adult age, dangling as if they've been hung. Once dawn breaks, the tree is back to normal and there was never any evidence of an illusion or a girl at all. permissions • brawling/harm: √ • telepathy/mental meddling: X (absolutely none, whatsoever.) • death/mortal harm: ? violence permissions
I am here to talk to you about permissions! Because Sachiko ABSOLUTELY needs them.
Sachiko is not a safe person to be around by intent and sheer willingness to act on it alone. She can like your character, she can hate your character, 98% the time she'll still want to see what they look like inside-out. Until she reaches a point where she's properly restrained or bound by plot law not to act out, physical encounters with her can end badly (and nonphysical ones where she knows how to find your character can end up the same).
Tell me, as a mun, what's cool if Sachiko takes a special interest in your character:
Tier 0: I do not want any violent backlash from threading with Sachiko. (Keep in mind this might compromise my ability to be IC, so if you want no violence ever possible, it might be difficult for us to thread!)
Tier 1: Mild stalking, attempting to instill fear or frighten, violence is fine if nondescript, but my character is capable of overpowering a physical seven-year-old before things get a lot more unsavory.
Tier 2: Allowed to prompt non-mortal attacks that are still very 'basic' (stab injuries to the arm or leg, etc).
Tier 3: With appropriate plotting, Sachiko can mess up and/or kill my character.
(Bonus Tier: I'm fine with the above in fully descriptive writing, and I'm fine with shades of torture (feel free to comment with what you will NEVER want to see in a thread with her, because she tends to get terrible. There will never be any sort of sexual harassment.))
Please comment! It will help me not feel like I shouldn't tag people because Sachiko might not react well to them. Thanks!
hallucination permissions
Sachiko is the big bad of her storydon't play any other corpse party game they're so bad they don't matterand thus can play powerful tricks on just about anyone! However, everyone deserves the option of not threading a nightmare of a thread. Therefore, Sachiko's 'distortions/illusions' come in tiers depending on what you would be most comfortable with. I will also check Discord for any triggers you might have before writing up the scary bits.
Tier F: I want to opt out of all illusions and I don't want Sachiko threatening my character.
Tier E: I want to opt out of all illusions.
Tier D: I am fine with small jumpscares, like letters, signs changing their message, writing on walls that wasn't there when I turned around.
Tier C: I am fine with moderate jumpscares, including the above along with suddenly being trapped in darkness, the ground shaking, and suspiciously red liquid oozing out of whatever's in my vicinity.
|
v Everything below will be discussed between you and me beforehand and not suddenly sprung upon you!
Tier B: I am fine with all of the above, including ritualistic curses pinned to my door and death threats (if they come up), pools of water becoming pools of blood, the illusion of corpses (that fall outside of my triggers) turning up at random.
Tier A: I want it all. All of the above, plus the ability to freeze my character in position until I struggle enough to break free, I want illusions of my in-game friends being dead provided Sachiko knows we're acquainted. I want trails of notes that promise hidden secrets of the island only to walk into a terrifying construct. I want direct hallucinations tailored to me and my worst fears. To think I see bodily injuries on myself, so on and so forth, give me the horror.
AND FINALLY
Option X: I want to opt out of Sachiko entirely because this is not a part of my plans for the game/this creeps me out/I don't want to deal with it.
/gestures/ what's up with this evil, lost child?

Tier 2: But my character is an adult who will fight a seven-year-old if attacked, so she might not actually get the stab through. Anyway, feel free to hit me up first to hash out any future thread!
HALLUCINATION
Tier C: Talk to me if Sachiko ends up harrassing my character for an extended period! He might retaliate with an intention to kill if she crosses certain lines.
OPT-OUTS
My character has a horse companion, and I'd like to keep it safe. Please avoid actual attempts to hurt it! (Talk to me about threatening it, because my character /will/ attempt murder over threats to his horse & hoo boy that might be a mess beyond my energy to handle..... :P)

Those sound good!

Violence Permissions:
Tier 2, although I am down for Tier 3/Bonus tier with plotting (and nothing in particular triggers me, so feel free to write what you like/are comfortable with). If Sachiko gets stab-happy however the Batter will more then likely retaliate and he has the power of Purification - which in OFF translates to cracking ghosts over the skull repeatedly with a baseball bat, which somehow works on them.
Hallucination Permissions:
Tier B but again, I'm down for Tier A if you'd like to plot it with me! The Batter is a spoil-sport however and 99.9% emotionless, so Sachiko will have to get creative with her jumpscares if she wants to get a reaction out of him.
Also as a side note, the Batter's appearance may change depending on what direction CR takes. If Sachiko develops a particular dislike of him, she may see him as a monster rather then a human.

While I'm down to go up to tier 3 with plotting, there's...definitely the caveat the McCree will fight back
until he gets bored of itbut I welcome all attempts on his life 8)bHALLUCINATIONS
I am down for up to tier B, I think, though depending on how things go maybe we can upgrade it to tier A! They are gonna be neighbors, after all. But for now B and below are good.
SOBBING FOREVER
Tier 1 with MAYBE some Tier 2- Terra can heal herself so it's totally FIIINE. Just not every time ^^ (cough, though Terra will actively avoid Sachiko if she gets stabbed even once, so Tier 1 will probably be be the best. >3)
Hallucination Perms
I.. I don't know if I can mix and match tiers? Because I am game with Tier D/C, but I am also kinda game to see the 'hidden secrets only running into terrifying thingie' or seeing friends dead I don't want to break her though because that's no fun for anyone! Especially me! So I don't really want to commit to anything past Tier C. Best bet we should discuss first. :>
I'll bring it up if I change my mind, but that's what I'm game for as of now! :3
I'm so sorry Terra muse. ;.;no subject
Hallucinations: Tier D w/o plotting, COME FOR MY LIFE WITH TIER C AND ABOVE IF WE EVER GET TO THAT POINT
STICKIN MUH LEGGY OUT
VIOLENCE: Hit me with that Bonus Tier 3, baby, I'm here for the full fucked up experience! Obviously plotting needs to happen for serious maiming/death, but...I mean, he was in Cannibal Game, the shit has already sailed t b h
HALLUCINATIONS: Tier A into the skyyyyyyyyyyyyy JUST FUCK ME UP MY GUY
Chip Abaroa
VIOLENCE: Llllllet's keep things to Tier 2 for the kiddo for now? I only keep it down because they are like, ten, and rampant fuckery with small children can be a little distressing, ya feel?
HALLUCINATIONS: Tier A, but as I mentioned before I'f like to allow Chip a chance to see through the illusions due to their nature! Something like a 50/50 shot, maybe? I'm super open to discussing this further!

Up to teir 1 without plotting, anything above that with plotting; that being said Tataru basically has no real fighting experience and is probably of similar size as a 7 year-old child so um... overpowering is less an option and if we need to figure out things there just let me know.
Hallucinations
All is good so long as B and up are discussed beforehand, obviously!

Hallucination permissions Tier E for personal reasons

Hallucination: Tier B. Tier A if we plot it out beforehand!

Tier 3! Be advised that while Wade's healing factor is nerfed, it will be very difficult/almost impossible for Sachiko to kill him directly. I'm open to plotting something out if an opportunity does arise, but just assume that she can stab him with impunity and he won't die from it.
Hallucinations:
Wade's normally immune to mind control, but canonically that doesn't rule out ghostly shenanigans, so I'm gonna go with Tier A. Wreck his entire ass, Sachi.

Halucinations: Tier A, with plotting of.course, since his luck can be weird.

violence: hit me with tier 2 but be advised it's the kind of thing he's likely to bounce back from nearly immediately, we can definitely discuss tier 3 if things should escalate--it takes some really fatal shit to kill ardyn proper
illusions: i'm cool with c but again be advised that 'dull surprise and amusement' is probably gonna be par for the course....i'm so sorry in advance because ardyn's seen some shit
tl;dr: ganbatte, sachiko............

that'll just make her more interested <:D

honestly tho just. same as deadpool, stab him all you like but it's just gonna make him go 'aw isn't that nice, you're trying'

Tier: up to Tier 3 with plotting. I'd rather he not die on first meeting tho.
Illusions
Tier: Up to Tier B with plotting. He is not in a place I could reasonably push him past Tier A.

2 for now! Might change it to 3 once we get more CR/been in the game longer, but for now, 2. Also with bonus, feel free to go into details/etc.
hallucinations
C for now! Again, comfortable with going up further once we have more CR/more progress in game, but C for now!

even one that's physically seventeen SORRY LUKEand doesn't really have a problem with defending himself violently even if it's against a kid. I don't want him TERRIBLY injured at any point but. yeah. you might get more than you bargained for with this one.HALLUCINATIONS: Probably don't go too strong on him but NO PARALYSIS PLEASE OH GOD INSTANT REDHEAD MELTDOWN. Other than that - moderate level of gore is fine, it's more a matter of don't do it too much? I'm not into having him question reality constantly that's not my bean.
why did you make one of these letter grades and the other numerical I h8 you anyway

I'll keep Sachiko's hallucinations to a minimum and she won't paralyze him. Even if he stabs her in retaliation or something she's undead anyway so [shrug emoji] sachiko is unfortunately reduced to seven year old status even if she has 'abnormal strength' because that relates more to her ghost powers. like shoving someone into a wall with a gust of force, etc.

Aaand HALLUCINATION TIER A he's from a psychological horror canon he can deal with it
edits to add the exception that i'd like to... plot/discuss before seeing people he knows dead comes into it, i don't want to count it out entirely but that would mess with him way more than most stuff

Threats and attempted violence are fine, and I'm open to more severe stuff from the higher tiers if it's something we've plotted out in advance, but I don't want her to get injured unless it's something that was specifically planned.
(Like all monsters from her canon, Muffet is very vulnerable to attacks made with strong negative emotions behind them, so she'd probably flat-out die if Sachiko got a good hit in- hence my wanting to avoid that. Fortunately, she's also capable of using magic that binds people to her strings even at their soul, so she could probably avoid death just by webbing Sachiko to the nearest tree and backing out of stabbing range.)
Similarly, I'm going to say tier D for illusions? I don't mind minor stuff but would prefer not to risk major things.
Given that Muffet is both magical and completely inhuman by nature, I feel like you could plausibly justify her being harder to use illusions on, if you don't want to come up with a reason for why Sachiko would be going relatively easy on her.

Hallucinations: Tier C. Isabella isn't from a magical canon, so even minor stuff can wig her out
no subject
Hallucinations: LETS HIT SOME TIER A!! Maka's canon involves a lot of that sort of thing, she's used to it.
